WSendy Refund Policy

At Wsendy, we are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue with our platform that prevents you from using the service as intended, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or for a service or plan you did not purchase, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after purchase, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind as we already offer a free plan where you can test and try all of our features.
  • Partial Usage: Refunds will not be granted for partial usage of a service or feature, unless the issue is covered under the eligibility criteria above.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, such as spamming, misleading activities, you maynot be eligible for a refund.

4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, the following applies:

  • Cancellation Before Renewal: If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
  • Automatic Renewals: Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds for renewal charges are only provided if requested within 7 days of the renewal date.

  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days maximum.
